Mid Life Crisis strikes Empty Nester

That twenty to twenty-five year span completely engulfed us in participating in everyone else's lives. It can be scary to think that you now can make all those decisions with yourself in mind. I know many that put their needs so far down the priority list that they experienced depression over only having their own lives to take care of.
