Fat Loss can be undressed
Fat Loss seems so difficult when we reach middle age. We have so many different reasons we're putting weight on in the first place. As we experience these hormone changes our physicians are claiming we're overeating and exercising less. Are we? Most say we run around all day trying to accomplish all the same things on our lists we did ten years ago. Some will admit to eating the wrong things but a lot of us still eat the same. So what is wrong with this picture and why is fat loss and weight reduction such a hard thing to accomplish?
Waistline has expanded and cholesterol level has gone up and I haven't changed a thing! Some areas of fat loss we can approach for weight reduction are:
1. Stress Levels - high stress burns up adrenal hormones which do supply our male and female hormones and also call on cholesterol to produce when decreasing amounts call for more supply.
2. Hormone Deficiency - due to aging, menopause, andropause, surgeries, athletics, ailments and poor diets. I hope you can utilize your doctor to discuss some of this.
3. Dietary Choices - some of us still eat those high fat, high starch foods and refuse to alter them. Starch is the culprit behind high LDL and triglyceride levels as that is what they are made from. It also rears it's ugly reactions in the diabetic area. It's time to eat for quality and give up the quantity.
4. Exercise - negative statistics are high on those that do not regularly do exercise of any kind. We sometimes feel that we've earned the right to be sedentary. Physical inactivity is a must for that quality of life we long for.
5.Handicap - learning what is available for fat cleansing can only help to make it easier for an overweight handicap person. Most have multiple areas of concern such as diabetes, arthritis, heart and circulation difficulties. We need not to give up and sit in that wheel chair or ride that scooter and pretend the scale isn't rising. It still is difficult to get in and out of that chair either alone or with assistance from others. Many of you also have a current load of Medications that you are on and can't do without.
