Aging creates wish for Time Machine

Aging is non negotiable. There is no way to stop time. What we can do is learn some of the positive methods to preserve what we do have in a way that is more satisfying to us. We don't have to accept what is put in front of us. We've been changing life since the sixties, don't stop now. Now is your time. The children are grown, your home surrounds you and you can now think about yourself (try just a wee bit).

Friendships take on new meaning at this stage of our lives. Usually our children have such busy lives that they do us a favor once in a while and grace us with their presence. It's okay because usually when we start harvesting our friendships we don't have the time to give them either. Check out this honesty article by Royane Real about Aging And Friendship

What do you want in your life now? What is your life now and what do you plan to do with it? Author Bob Curtis considers it to be in this article as part of the Matter of the mind. Can you make the steps to achieve those goals on your own? If you are someone to achieve goals solo, books and tapes help out a lot.

Do you have mentors?

Have you ever given Coaching a thought?

Do you read Life Enhancing Books?

If you have never set goals and just took life as it came to you, it's time to try something new. How you accept this time frame of your life is totally up to you. Author Susan Dunn offers insite from a friend on Ways to do it Better.
