Boomers and Health Issues like Belly Fat

Baby Boomers have many health issues but I believe the worst of them all is denial. Boomers tend to think if they ignore or stay in denial the problem like Belly Fat will go away. Symptoms creep up to tell us to pay attention. When we keep ignoring the situation, it amplifies. We run to the doctor and still don’t want to hear what they have to say. Some would rather take a pill then give up what causes their issues like that Belly Fat that is around your middle.

Hey fellow boomers, wake up an smell the coffee! It’s time to take control of your daily health life. If your glucose level is high…..cut down the starches and sugars. (read my posted article on Glucose and Insulin) If your cholesterol level is high….cut down the starches and sugars. If you have belly fat…cut down the starches and sugars.
Can you see the repetitive answer to these ailments that require horrible medications and side effects to improve a blood number?

A self examination of what you are doing to your bodies everyday may start you in the right direction.
We are not 25 anymore nor would most of us want to be. So, stop treating your body and digestive track as though you are. We require less intake and more quality choices as we age. Keep the protein levels up and the carbohydrates down so you can start on a more healthy future to be able to be active with your grandchildren.
